Zumba is an exercise which involves dancing and as such it engages lot of muscle groups. It ios absolutely an entertaining type of workout, if you love music, you will become a fan of it and will enjoy every minute of this entertaining workout. Zumba classes are typically about an hour long, in one Zumba class, a person can burn upto 600 calories. The music comes for many dance styles like Salsa, Mambo, Flamenco, Chachacha, Soca, Samba, Tango and Hip Hop.

 

Tabata

Tabata workouts are short, incredibly effective, and mindblowingly hard if you do them right. If you are short of time and need to burn more calories, this is the right format. 

Tabata consist of eight rounds of 20 seconds of workout, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of four minutes. When it comes to 8fit Tabata, bodyweight exercises like Burpees, Push ups, Sprints, Lunges and Squats are most common. For a Burpee Tabata, your workout consists of 20 seconds of Burpees and 10 seconds of rest for a total of eight rounds. You should be out of breath and drained of energy no matter your fitness level by the end of the eight rounds.
